🌅 Morning Routine (7:00–8:30) Started the day with a refreshing walk — Had breakfast, checked overnight client messages, and set my goals for the day. --- 💻 Work Mode (8:30–12:30) Dove into work with strong focus — 45 minutes deep focus + 10 minutes break and it actually improved my workflow. --- 🍛 Afternoon Break (12:30–1:15) Had a good lunch and stepped outside for a few minutes to get some sunlight.
