Take care of you to take care of others
We all have a starting point in anything we want to do and ultimately it comes down to you to take that first step. You are in the driver seat. A lot of the time we say, "I'm going to start", but there is just something that keeps telling you, next time, or I'll start next week. Remember a strong mind, follows a strong body. Mindset & Desire. This is the driving force behind getting you to actually start. You have to want change, you have to be intentional and purposeful. When you come to terms with yourself and realizing you need to take that step, it helps tremendously. This builds momentum and every time you follow through with it, you build consistency. This is foundational to your progression. So, my challenge for you is to take a few minutes to sit down, collect your thoughts, think and feel deeper as to why you want to make a change in your health. I take care of my health, body, and mind so I can take care of my tribe.
