Nutrition tip
Nutrition is a challenge we all face. Here’s a tip, gradually start to make improvements in your daily consumption. Replace foods that do not help you achieve your goal. Make small changes, eventually you start to enjoy it and your body adapts. With determination, discipline and a goal set in place, it helps to keep you from deviating and to stay the course. The nutrition you choose will impact you positively or negatively. Healthy nutrition will make you feel good, look good, and energize you more. Easy to say, challenging to do, but doable. It is your choice.
Plan to prepare, Prepare to fail
I like to spend my sundays to plan for the week. I use today to set me up for success in areas I need for myself, my non negotiables, my Routine. This has helped me establish a routine to keep me on track with all areas, mainly my health and fitness. This is a strategy that has helped me establish good habits and a sustainable routine that has purpose. Your health and fitness, make it a non negotiable. Turn that into a routine for yourself, all to benefit you for the long run. Ask yourself, am I in a healthy state to be able to take care of my loved ones? It’s your choice and it lies within your hands.

Take care of you to take care of others
We all have a starting point in anything we want to do and ultimately it comes down to you to take that first step. You are in the driver seat. A lot of the time we say, "I'm going to start", but there is just something that keeps telling you, next time, or I'll start next week. Remember a strong mind, follows a strong body. Mindset & Desire. This is the driving force behind getting you to actually start. You have to want change, you have to be intentional and purposeful. When you come to terms with yourself and realizing you need to take that step, it helps tremendously. This builds momentum and every time you follow through with it, you build consistency. This is foundational to your progression. So, my challenge for you is to take a few minutes to sit down, collect your thoughts, think and feel deeper as to why you want to make a change in your health. I take care of my health, body, and mind so I can take care of my tribe.

Just Start
Not sure where to start? You start by being honest with yourself. At some point, you need to build the courage to take that leap into unfamiliar territory. You start by walking, then add a jog, then add more.As you're doing all this, you are feeling good and building up your confidence. Soon enough, you'll be going to the gym. I understand that there is a lot of fear going into something like this. You've come to the right community where you should feel empowered, safe, and motivated to make a change for yourself. Excited for what's to come with the Fit Routine Community. The video is to inspire and motivate you to take that step. I got you!

Just Leave Me Alone
This week I want you to challenge yourself by making training time a priority. It will be a non negotiable. You will find a time slot in your day for each day of the week. You are going to fit into there “My Time, leave me alone”. In this process, you are going to build consistency without even realizing it. You build momentum. You feel good about the positive change that’s happening. We build and build and build. We may fall from time to time but we never, ever, quit. @Brittany Huber thank you for sharing Brittany! What I take from this, is that you are in the right mindset to get through the long days, show up, and get it done. You are intentional and have purpose, and that helps tremendously to keep you on track. There is so much going on than just the physical aspect. If you can strategically plan for a busy schedule, block out times slots for specific things, certain circumstances you can kill 2 birds with one stone. Way to stay on top of yours girl 👊🏽 Plan to prepare or prepare to fail.
