Just Leave Me Alone
This week I want you to challenge yourself by making training time a priority. It will be a non negotiable.
You will find a time slot in your day for each day of the week. You are going to fit into there “My Time, leave me alone”.
In this process, you are going to build consistency without even realizing it. You build momentum. You feel good about the positive change that’s happening.
We build and build and build. We may fall from time to time but we never, ever, quit.
