Does anyone have a recommendation on how to improve ankle mobility for better deep squats? I can air squat just below 90 degrees before my heels lift up due to ankle tension. I can do deep squats while holding a KB but I'd like to be able to do a deep squat on my own. Appreciate the help.
Does anyone do weighted jump rope as part of their training? I've been using crossropes and have really enjoyed the workout. Nice alternative for me to running which I enjoy but am not very good at.
@Tim Czaja thanks Tim, I agree, I’ve got a set of jump ropes I’ve been using and am pretty happy with them. Question though, you mentioned rope flow. Are you doing rope flow or jump rope? Or both?
I posted this video yesterday on youtube about hand positioning, I don't see many athletes using the OFF-SET hand position I speak about in this video so thought I would share Would love to hear what your thoughts are and if you have tried this "Off-Set" hand position before while training! @Shawn Davis - sorry for the delay. We were at a private ranch about 45min south of New Castle in east Wyoming. This particular ranch has an agreement with a university here in Texas to collect and catalog Dinosaur bones. But we've visited Yellow Stone and Jackson Hole a couple of times.
