Great way to Start your Wholesaling Business Cheap
I'm sharing this because it personally helped me start my business cheaply, and I genuinely want to help other people get their businesses off the ground affordably. I have no affiliation with this company and don't get anything for telling you this—I just know it's a huge help for entrepreneurs trying to keep costs low. If you're looking to start an LLC fast and cheap, check out Northwest Registered Agent. They will form your LLC for just $39 plus your state's filing fee (for example, in Nebraska, the total cost for the filing was about $146). This includes a free year of their Registered Agent service. On top of the formation, they offer a "Business Identity" package that gives you a free website, professional phone number, and domain email—all free for 90 days. After the trial, each service is only $9 a month. They'll even help set up your basic website for you!

@Héloïse Mazet I have used them all for a couple business. I had a roofing business I used all services. They will set the website up for you. I have used the email cause it will have a professional domain but I currently use Google workspace with my domain. The phone number has an app and I use for a second number and have AI answer it. I mostly just used the website service to get a website up and running. They send you an email and ask you questions about what you want and they set it up within 7 business days. Its word press so you have full control of what you want to do with it.

FOR FREE. https://speedyhomes.co/smart-offer I have used this to close 10+ deals in the last few months, so i can confirm that this is one of the greatest calculators that you will find. All you need is the property ARV and the sqft. If you are unable to figure out if a property is considered light reno, medium reno, or a full gut (which is a known problem for new wholesalers), or if it needs major repair items, i included buttons to open an advanced page where it will ask you for information about the condition and it will tell you what rehab level it is, and if it needs a major repair item, and then tell you how much rehab costs are and tell you what to offer. I just got my LLC and I am now pulling list to cold call. I feel legit and confident with my LLC and I will have my website up by Thursday. I think it just adds professionalism. I am growing a business not doing it as a hobby. I yet to get my first deal but I feel confident having these two in my business. I did not pay anything for my website and they set it up for me. I used a LLC formation company called Northwest Registered Agent. All I had to pay for is my states LLC cost and they give you phone number, website, and professional email and domain all free services for 3 months then only 21 a month for all services going forward. It just cost your states fee plus 39 for the year for the registered agent. I have no affiliation with this company, I just want to let people know a great cheaper way to get started.

Let me introduce myself. I’ll admit posting here feels a little intimidating, but I’m excited to connect with this amazing community. I’m Héloïse from Canada. While I’m brand new to the U.S. market, I’ve been active in real estate since 2020: wholesaling, restructuring & flipping, mostly land but not only. I’ve now decided to focus fully on virtual land wholesaling. I’m currently halfway through the courses on this platform, working on the acquisitions training, and I’m amazed by how generous the program is, both in terms of practical knowledge and mindset prep. By day, I’m a Bid Manager, which gives me strong skills in contracts, dispositions, project management, and empathetic communication. I formed my C-Corp yesterday, set up my systems with XLeads, and started cleaning and importing targeted lists in TN, GA, SC, FL, and some in TX so my pipeline will be ready when my marketing launches. My big ‘why’ is building financial freedom for my family, so we can move back to our home country. We have to go back for very deep personal reasons. My husband and I are both breadwinners, but I’m the one with the entrepreneurial fire. With two young kids at home, having his full support & giving me the space and freedom to grow this business means everything. I’m here to learn, grow, and collaborate, and I’ll be happy to JV on deals along the way. Excited to connect and cheer each other on! 🔥

@Bernard Property Acquisitions That's very interesting. I did not know this about land. How do you find the land. I helped my brother sell a piece of land once and it was very easy we got the cash in like 20 days and they never looked at it.
