Raw strawberry cake
Hello everyone, since I will be having my birthday in a few weeks I would like to ask if anyone could recommend a simple recipe for a raw vegan strawberry cake. Thank you!!!!

My cake would be: 1. Layer: pulsed dried mullberries on the bottom 2. Layer: really ripe Bananas and phsylium husks (2 table spoons per liter) blended; cinnamon in there optional 3. Layer: Banana slices (best lengh wise) 4. Layer: Strawberries and Medjoul dates blended with Vanilla and physlium husks (about half Strawberries, half Medjouls) 5. thin Layer: resoaked white figs with soaked and peeled almonds and carob 6. decorate top with small whole strawberries or strawberry slices 🙃😋👍

What Is Important to You?
If you were going to invite a speaker to your raw event, realizing that you could easily choose from hundreds of people world wide, what criteria would you consider before tending the invite? In other words, what qualities do you look for, and what concerns might you consider before deciding to put someone on your stage?

I want to know them. Personally. I want them to speak to the subject of the event: how to do 80/10/10 in theory & practice. I want them to use objective arguments and not just emotional or spiritual ones. I want them to be available, open and transparent about their 811rv journey to the other participants at the event. I want them to follow the (agreed) schedule and not just have their own agenda.

Where are you in the World?
Hello :) I am originally from Bulgaria - this is my home town - Vratsa - west-north Bulgaria. The picture is from there. Now I am in Malaysia :) Greetings from Klang, around 40 min drive from Kuala Lumpur :) What about you? Is anyone planning a trip to Malaysia or Bali in near future :)))

Who else is using lava clay, also called Rhassoul or Ghassoul?
Since about 12 years now, I use this paste from water and clay on my body and hair instead of soap or shampoo and have much better skin with it... 👍 https://www.lifegate.com/rhassoul as an example
