Our gut microbiome is influencing our food choices
Hello beautiful people, Like many of you, ever since I started my raw vegan journey, I have been getting unsolicited cravings for unhealthy foods like sweets, wheat products etc. despite eating enough calories each day. Some people have told me that cravings for unhealthy foods (gluten, sweets etc) may be due to bad bacteria and fungi living in our gut, and there even is some scientific evidence supporting this claim. They suggest that I drink some herbs like matcha, oregano, pepperwood etc. What is your opinion on this? With kind regards Myrto Varela
