🧠5 Genius Email Hacks Top Marketers Don’t Want You to Know
The greatest email marketers are using 5 hacks to increase their performance right under your nose. When I started using them, my open rate shot up from under 20% to over 50%. Even using one will make a huge difference: 1. "Block" Text 📄 Ever received an email that had a huge pile of tiny text at the end? I used to think great marketers like Ravi Abuvala did this for legal protection, but the truth is much simpler. Every email marketer knows promo words like "free" & "sale" crush deliverability. The problem: It's hard not to use these while promoting (if you want to sound normal). By adding a long, boring block of text, you reduce the ratio of spam-triggering words to normal words, giving you more room to breathe. 2. Subdomain Sending 🌐 Protecting your primary domain is extremely important. If you get blacklisted or get too many spam reports, you'll need to wait for months before it can recover. Instead: Make 3 subdomains and add them to your CRM. If one gets burned, you switch it out instantly for no downtime. 3. Domain Management 🛡️ You're probably warming your primary domain with Instantly, Smartlead, or another free warming tool. These are great for most domains, but they aren't the best in class. To keep your primary domain as safe as possible, use Warmy(.io) to: - Warm it - Track potential blacklists - Monitor deliverability It's more expensive, but easily worth it so your primary domain stays secure. 4. Custom Unsub ✉️ In most email marketing campaigns, there's an unsubscribe link at the bottom that instantly removes anyone who clicks it. The problem: Most people just want to receive less email, not opt-out completely. Instead: Create a custom unsubscribe link that takes people to a 3-option form: - Hear from me often (every email) - Hear from me less (important emails) - Hear from me never (no emails) This saves people who only wanted fewer emails from being gone forever. 5. Smart List 📋 If you want your emails to rarely bounce or be reported:

Subdomain sending - is it for SMTP sending only?
🤫Secret $600k/month tech stack (steal this)
There’s this secret tech stack I use to run my $600k/month agency… And your biggest competitors are probably using it right now… But they probably don’t know this one thing about the tech stack I’m about to show you… Which will give you a huge advantage over them today (more on that below.) First, here’s the tech stack: - For project management, we use Asana. - For operations and automation, Make.com. - And for our CRM (most important tool), GoHighLevel. - Now for internal documents and organization, Notion. - For B2B sales and lead generation, Apollo.io. - Lastly, for team communication, we use Slack. 🙌Here’s the best part: There's a secret website where you can get all of these tools for free or at least 50 percent off, but you have to be invited. If you want access to those discounts, just reply with the word “secret.” 🤫 P.S. Getting to use these tools at these special invite-only prices can skyrocket your margins and give you a huge advantage… This insight alone helped us scale faster than others in our space. Just reply “Secret” if you want access.

Low open rate
I need help because only 9% of emy emails are getting opend. I am using subject line : question for {{Firstname}}. I am using smartlead. And using mailscale for emwilafcounts. I have wamed them up for 2 weeks already. I tested on lemwarm and warmly and they said email accounts are good. Dkim, dmarc and spf is already set up

To be honest, I’m not bothered about the opening rate. In fact I do not put tracking code on emails to track opens. I’m worried only about the postive reply rate.
Is this better than cold email?... 🤔
Don’t get me wrong, cold email works (and I'll die on that hill). But the reality is you're interrupting strangers who don’t know or trust you, starting from zero every single time. But what if you could flip the script so that super-hot, qualified leads are hunting YOU down, following up, and pestering you to take their money… 💸 Well, that’s when you’d be "Rank Jacking." AKA the stealth strategy that transforms your visibility overnight. Here's how it works: 1️⃣ Target high-intent search terms (e.g., Googling "best PR firm") — this is where your dream clients are actively looking… 2️⃣ Dominate review platforms like Clutch, G2, and Upcity (my agency's biggest traffic sources) 3️⃣ Secure top rankings by strategically paying their sponsorships ($1000/mo may seem steep, but we literally doubled our lead flow) 4️⃣ Deploy a killer Review Funnel that gets you ranked close to #1 on all those sites by receiving a ton of reviews. (When we first implemented this at my PR Agency, our inbound leads DOUBLED in just 2 weeks. Now we're seeing hundreds of hyper-qualified inbound leads on autopilot.) 💥 Now, you're probably wondering exactly HOW to build that killer Review Funnel that keeps you ranked #1 and flooding your system with new leads... Well, that's exactly the type of stuff we teach (and build FOR YOU) with Insiders 2.0. Here’s what we’re giving away: 💎 Our entire Review Funnel system for you to STEAL 💎 Access to a 400Million+ lead database (scrape unlimited leads) 💎 Complete cold email setup (we'll set it up FOR YOU) 💎 A guaranteed business award + news feature (thanks to my PR Agency) 💎 FREE lifetime Google Workspace accounts 💎 Premium software deals (Stripe, Make.com, Asana, and sooo much more) Plus, our team handles the entire technical setup, so you can say goodbye to headaches. 🤯 Curious to see how this could skyrocket your business? 🚀 Comment "Insiders" if you'd some information from me!

It's ridiculously easy to build a 20k/mo cold email machine💥
Here are the 6 steps that anyone can follow: 1. Offer Look at the offers in your market & ask these questions: -How can this be more desirable? -How can this get faster results? -How can this be more unique? -How can this be simpler? 🔍Do research on your competitors and find ways to one-up them. 2. Niche You may have this figured out beforehand. If not: Make a broad list of niches your offer could serve. Send at least 10,000 emails for 3 months then look at who responds. 3. Deliverability Deliverability has 3 main parts: ▶️ Domain Buy & configure GoDaddy domains. - SPF record - DRIM Record - DMARC Record (Use EasyDmarc) Blacklisted? Stop sending emails, increase warming & wait for 30 days. ▶️ Mailbox For each domain, have 3 mailboxes max. For each mailbox, send 100 emails/day max. (50 warming, 50 cold) NEVER send 50+ cold emails from a mailbox. ▶️ Content Avoid spammy copy with Mailmeteor. The more basic the email is, the better. - No custom code ❌ - No images ❌ - No videos❌ 4. Lead Scraping Apollo is one of the best lead databases but expensive. TrustedLeads can scrape Apollo for several times cheaper. Just take Apollo’s filtered URL & paste it into TrustedLeads. 5. Personalization Instantly’s AI prompts let you customize 1 or 2 lines for each prospect. Good prompts to try: - Find & reference close competitor - Mention common industry pain point - Compliment company achievements 6. Launch & Scale There are 3 main stages of scale. Stage 1: Launching 🗣️ Test campaigns until you find a profitable strategy - then move on. - 10 Domains - 30 Mailboxes - 1000 Emails/day Setup Cost: $250-450 Stage 2: Mini-Scale ⚖️ Scale further while fixing bottlenecks & improving efficiency. - 30 Domains - 90 Mailboxes - 3500 Emails/day Cost: $500/mo Stage 3: Full Scale ⚖️⚖️⚖️ Create systems for growth & reinvest into the business. - 100+ Domains - 300+ Mailboxes - 12000+ Emails/day Cost: ~$1500/mo

I also have Vbout, bur it’s not meat for cold emails. They will block you if you start sending many emails. There are many cheaper platforms other than instantly.
