Let’s talk social proof. Testimonials = trust builders. They help leads believe you can help them too. But let’s be real... collecting them consistently isn’t always easy. So here’s a quick pulse check: 👇 Vote and drop your best testimonial-gathering tip in the comments if you’ve got one! How often are you actually gathering testimonials?

Testimonials are so important, could be the reason why you acquire the client or not. I do it automatically tbh that I don’t need to chase my Clients for it
🌟What’s your Niche? Emoji Only
Let's start this week with something fun and different to help us get to know each other. Describe your niche and your business focus only using emojis. Try guessing the other coaches' niche in the comments if you don't know it yet. I'll go first: 🤝🎯💼🚀 P.D: Remember we have a Member Niche Directory to refer leads and find possible collaborations between members. You can check that HERE.

Hi I'm Ibiyemi - a career transition coach
Hi everyone, thanks for the invitation Daniel, this community looks great so far! As everyone else im a career coach, and my niche is mid career professionals looking to make a career pivot without starting from scratch! I really love helping people navigate burnout, career breaks, positioning their story differently and ofcourse job searching which sometimes can include helping them "sell their services" in a side hustle. My background is in Diversity recruitment and then post secondary career coaching! At the height of my 10 year career, i was managing a career centre for TMU in Toronto working with MBAs and grad students looking to make career changes. I unfortunately burnout from it and decided to take the leap and go full time into the business. It's been 1 year of full time and im loving it. I know this is long, apologies. One of my biggest bottlenecks is I might have too many 1 on 1 clients and i'm having a hard managing the workload, so looking for better ways to scale the practice that doesn't involve exchanging time for money! any help would be appreciate.

Nice to meet you Ibiyemi, impressive background. With regards to the time consumed on 1:1s , have you considered group sessions and using tools like loom (when you want to give feedback or instructions) so that you allocate a time in your calendar and record all those videos and send them accordingly. Bcz they are videos, they are short and concise and from my experience saves time. We can brainstorm more ideas depending on the goal of your 1:1 sessions

💡Don't wait until 2025 to start doing something
I read something today that kept me thinking about the importance of taking action NOW. At the end of the day, the only thing we have is the present. And I guess some of you (and here I include myself) may be thinking about the goals for next year... But what about the things we can start doing today? Let's think about something we want to get done before 2025 starts. What's something we can start doing now? It can be personally or professionally. Putting it into words will help us commit to it and hold each other accountable. ⬇️ Leave a comment with something you will start implementing or continue doing this week that will help you achieve your goals.

STICK to my to do list 😅
Here to learn
Hi everyone! I am an HR professional and career coach. I help early and mid-career professionals, especially new immigrants in Canada, build confidence, stand out in their job search, and achieve career growth. My biggest challenge is reaching more people and getting more clients for my coaching business. Any tips to help with this would be greatly appreciated! Thank you.

I love that you are helping immigrants.. I am currently in a mentorship program (I volunteer as a mentor) to help international talents coming to Sweden finding a job (or at least understand the Swedish labor market and how to get into it).. curious, how is going with your niche? Would love to learn more
