Intro for Mission 2! All Are One!
I am Bonnie Jean from Scotland, artist, musician, guitar teacher, yogi, and budding spiritual guide (still learning but I don't think the learning ever stops)...I have been following Rey for about 6 months now, his hilarious yet profound purple robed chats helped me so much whilst I was grieving the loss of my father/breakdown of relationship and having an existential crisis! I am trying to create my own wee community on YT https://www.youtube.com/@AllAreOne-1 but I'm thinking this may be a better platform... anyway happy to be here! Thanks Rey, love the new format! 🐝

@Molly Murray that’s my surname #synchronicity!
It’s like being in a war
As I continue my spiritual journey, it feels like my monster mind is trying to hinder my progress and prevent me from achieving freedom. It almost seemed easier at the beginning when I first started, but persistence is crucial. I hope that we all find spiritual awakening, growth, and freedom, especially freedom.

You have freedom right now, it begins in the mind and ends in the heart. You may not feel free, you just have to tell your monkey mind to eff off when it starts ramblin, drop into your heart and say "shutup I'm free" to yourself. Well that worked for me anyway, may not work for you, everyone is different. The path is not linear and is not a destination, its a constant process of refinement and practice, one thing is for sure, you can manifest all these things by believing you already have them. The law of assumption which involves kicking out the egosystem.

key word being "surrender"
What is One truth you learned the hard way?
The deepest lessons rarely come wrapped in comfort. Some truths only arrive after loss, confusion, or heartbreak. For me, one of those truths is this: You cannot force timing and a breakthrough, even when your heart is breaking for it. Still working on my infidelity trauma by a loved one, but also experience breakthrough moments along the way of this proces of becoming an even stronger version of myself. I’m curious to hear yours. What is one truth life taught you the hard way, but that you are now grateful for?

You think you will never make the same mistake twice, then you do, and youre like, Dayum, I've done it again. So you have to get to the root of the problem which often originates in the inner child/parental/ancestral trauma that you may or may nmot have been willing to look at until now. Thats how I put a stop to my patterns once I connected it to childhood. Everyone has a different path!

@Paul Najda lots of tears, journalling, writing a letter to your inner child, some shamanic journeying (visualisation)/guided meditations where I met my younger self and said "I'm sorry, your safe now" Theres a very powerful guided meditation I did recently where you find the fragmented parts of self and make friends with them instead of feeling shame for repeating the same patterns. Helped me anyway, everyone is different on their healing path, I also got alot of cognitive behavioural therapy with a psychologist and spent the past 5 years or so doing yoga and meditating daily (as much as possible) https://youtu.be/KOWADd_KkcQ?si=ilHsGvqbrEyoFyN5
Sleep
It appears that sleep is when the monster mind can truly strike. Is there any advice for improving sleep or establishing a pre-bedtime routine?

I find solfreggio frequencies very helpful, breathing techniques and not fighting it. Meditation/reading/journalling or hot milk/tryptophan/valerian root and also magnesium oil!
