Single Arm DB Bench Press — 2 sets x 8 each
Reminds me of college training days. Who else liked the DB Bench Today? Definitely gonna increase my power.

@Micah Cavender that’s what the workout said. I typically do both arms too. It was nice to switch it up. I had to drop from 100 lb DB to 80s for the single arm. Definitely isolates each side of your chest!
