What happened to the EOG Course????

I have deal under contract for 61,500, I got it negotiated down to 54,000 because of the probate. Now the buyer wants to The price to 58,000. I already sent it to the Title company. It is a 2/1. That the teller made a 3/1.

Looking to close 3-5 deals before 2026. As far as a team I have it’s just me my title company and my buyers. I know I got this! I’ve been studying I’ve been applying pressure! It seems like a small goal but it’s obtainable and realistic. Don’t get me wrong I started 2025 with a goal to close 3-5 per month right now I’m just doing 1 deal per month on average. I’ve had some skunk months but overall I’m learning! So help me by letting me help you with a JV! We all got goals and it’s over 50K members here so there’s no reason for us to not hit our goals with all the resources right in our face! LETS GOOO!!
