Im literally doing a deal like this @Zach Ginn bought it tax auction $4500 owner died 9 years ago doing a tax title service now, “quiet title claim”, not the exact same but similar
So I tried something…🔥
Watched all SMS videos Zach and Rick ever posted got about 4 pages of notes and $4K limit credit card decided to go all in on April 15th purchased custom website(xleads), CRM (xleads), phone number A2P approved (xleads), auto sms blast (xleads), and leads list and Skip trace(xleads). I did a total of 2800 skip traces auto blasted 1600 of them, I have 3 deals under contract as of today at 50-65% ARV next is dispo but hey the process works! Keep going!!
