Probate
I have deal under contract for 61,500, I got it negotiated down to 54,000 because of the probate. Now the buyer wants to The price to 58,000. I already sent it to the Title company. It is a 2/1. That the teller made a 3/1.

Power Dialer?
There are leads that I have tagged with power dialer. In Xleads however they are not showing under the manual actions. Can anyone assist with this?

Plus I have a property under contract that I need assistance with.... It's a 2 /1. With the seller putting on a third bedroom that more than likely is not permitted. It is also a probate situation.

I put it in sellmypaper.com however I got no response when I had it under $61,500. I got a reduction to $54,000. The seller is willing to do an extension on the agreement in order to facilitate to probate

Stupid xleads button!!
I can't be the only one being annoyed by this damn button! Can't move it, can't do anything to appease it. The thing just sits over the next button or finish, idk what is under it. Has anybody figured it out?

If you hover over it. There are six dots that show up. By clicking on it and holding the left mouse button you can actually move it.

Xleads Dialer
Hey guys! Does anyone use the automatic dialer in Xleads? Specifically setup thru the manual actions queue under the conversations tab. I tag my contacts as power dialer, and its not showing up in my manual actions! Am I missing something here? or any advise on this?

I literally just posted the same question. Hopefully, Someone will respond adequately with the answer to resolve this for us.
