@Alyssa Furukawa we have some help on the weekends. We make meals as balanced as possible. My husband does most of the cooking for dinner. I’ll make a smoothie as part of my snack along with a Greek yogurt or other form of protein. Breakfast is the hardest since I have to get everyone out the door. I’m thinking about supplementing with some protein powder to get enough protein in the AM. I try to wake up early to have some time to myself for a super quick (about 20 min) workout of weights and/or walking on the treadmill.
