DVLA and trusts
Just spoke to DVLA about registering my car with my trust and they say they cannot do it? Any thoughts?

@Dave DimeBar you can also write into the contract that the full amount to pay back can be on the very last month of the 5 year or more contract. Then there will be no bank transactions until the final month

Summary Judgement or Chancery
Hi All, Enforcement agents have repeatedly ignored my dsars, used uncertified agents and a defective liability order. What are your thoughts on whether I should go for summary judgement or direct my claim to chancery and go to court?

Trust/land registry
Hi all. I was under the impression that If I have a private trust there is no need to update the land registry?

Yes and I sent them a notice recorded informing them my property is in a trust and any shinnanigans I will take legal action. They never responded but I have the delivery info showing it was delivered and signed for

What do you mean by recognised? You will only be informing them that one exists. You don't give any details

AM I WRONG
After starting my journey on all this I realise how much time it takes to get on top of this stuff and respect anyone who creates content but I can't help thinking the following about PEACEKEEPERS: 1 - Why are they claiming wins when they are losing in court? 2 - Why do they slag everone off and snigger like little arrogant school boys? 3 - Why are they trying to help the system to do things right when that is our hammer to beat them over the head with? I do like some of their content but am I right to be frustrated, I hope I am wrong?

PCNs Scenario
1 - I got a ticket from costa coffee carpark 2 - I got correspondence form DCA 3 - DVLA gave them my information Do I go after COSTA, DCA and DVLA in seperate claims?
