Breakfast wrap
This is one of my diet staples. A high fiber breakfast wrap that will fill you up and stick with you. Saute shredded cabbage, add it to your egg & egg whites, cook them to your preferred consistency. Wrap in your low carb tortilla (I add Sriracha or hot sauce) then toast the wrap on your already heated skillet. If you are not a cabbage person brocoli slaw is a good sub. An added bonus: the egg protein is a good compliment to the gluten to make a complete protein profile.

@Georgia Bennett exactly, basically a cheeseless frittata wrap. They are excellent with shredded potatoes, but I went this direction to cut down the calories and give it some texture

Hi everyone, I'm from the US (Maine). I connected with Georgia through our Garmin strength and weight lifting group. A few years ago I started my weight and fitness journey. Since then I am down 100# and am much stronger. I love to cook and create tasty but healthy food. Seeing what others come up with will be exciting!
