This is one of my diet staples. A high fiber breakfast wrap that will fill you up and stick with you.
Saute shredded cabbage, add it to your egg & egg whites, cook them to your preferred consistency. Wrap in your low carb tortilla (I add Sriracha or hot sauce) then toast the wrap on your already heated skillet.
If you are not a cabbage person brocoli slaw is a good sub.
An added bonus: the egg protein is a good compliment to the gluten to make a complete protein profile.
