April’s almost gone… 👀
Remember when you said “this month I’m going to make things happen? Yeah, this is your check-in. What have you actually achieved? What did you start… but not finish? What excuses did you let win? No judgment, but be real with yourself. Because goals don’t care about intentions. They care about action. If you showed up, stayed consistent, and pushed through, keep going. You’re building something real. If you didn’t… good. That means you’ve got clarity now. Reset and move. New members, old members, this applies to everyone. No spectators here. Let’s finish strong.

@Emma Robertson, I totally get that. Sometimes your body is just telling you it needs a proper reset. Rest is productive too, especially when you’ve been pushing hard. I like that mindset of creating yourself a win tomorrow. Sometimes, that one task you’ve been avoiding can shift everything and bring the momentum back. Hope you get some good rest tonight and wake up feeling recharged. What are you currently focusing on most right now?

@Steven Pierce, That’s a solid step getting into the deal packaging scholarship, good move. What kind of business are you currently focusing on alongside that, or is this your main focus right now?
Sometimes the biggest delay in property isn’t money, it’s hesitation.
I’ve noticed that a lot of people in property and business aren’t necessarily lacking opportunities; they’re often just stuck between knowing what to do and actually taking action. Whether it’s your first investment, finding the right deal, raising finance, building the right network, or simply trying to avoid expensive mistakes, that gap between learning and doing can feel bigger than it should. That’s why communities like this matter. Being around people who are actively building, investing, and sharing real experiences saves time, prevents unnecessary setbacks, and gives you clarity much faster than trying to figure everything out alone. I’d love to hear from people in here: • Where are you currently at in your property journey? • What’s been your biggest challenge so far? • What are you focused on improving right now? For some, it might be getting their first deal done. For others, it could be scaling, structuring better deals, or creating more consistent cash flow. No matter the stage, I think honest conversations are where the real value is. Sometimes the right advice at the right time can save you months of frustration. Looking forward to hearing where everyone’s at and learning from the people in this space

The best investment often isn’t the property… it’s the person behind it
Most people chase opportunities. The smart ones build themselves first. Hey everyone, One thing I’ve come to realize from being around people in property and business is that success rarely starts with the deal itself; it starts with mindset, discipline, and the habits you build long before the results show up. A lot of people focus on finding the next property, the next investment, or the next strategy that will change everything. But often, the real breakthrough comes from improving the person making those decisions. Learning patience. Staying consistent when things feel slow. Handling setbacks without losing focus. Knowing when to take action and when to step back and think. That’s what creates long-term success. Property and business can both be rewarding, but they also test you. They force you to grow, make better decisions, and become more intentional with your time, money, and energy. That’s why communities like this matter. Being around the right people can save you years of mistakes and help you see opportunities you might have missed on your own. So I’m curious What’s the biggest lesson property, investing, or business has taught you so far? Was it patience? Confidence? Trusting the process? Or maybe learning from failure? I think these conversations are where the real value is, because someone in here might be facing the exact challenge you’ve already overcome. Would be great to hear everyone’s perspective. Sometimes one honest lesson can help someone more than ten strategies ever could.

@Rosemond Osei, Good morning Rosemond, I really appreciate your openness. I know it’s not easy to share where you’re at, especially when things feel heavy. I’ll be honest with you, what helped me most was finding something that allowed me to start generating income without relying on anyone, no investors, no loans, no waiting on other people to say yes. That alone removed a lot of pressure and gave me the space to actually think clearly and move forward properly. It didn’t replace my long-term goal with property, but it supported it. I finally had something coming in while I was still learning and figuring things out. I’m not here trying to sell you anything at all; that’s not my intention. I just like connecting people with what’s genuinely been working for me, especially when I see someone in a similar position. Would you be open to having a look at how this side income works? Only if you’re genuinely interested, of course.

@Rosemond Osei, You’re very welcome, Rosemond. I’m glad we connected because I can genuinely see you’re serious about changing your situation, and that mindset matters a lot. I was in that same place before, feeling stuck and trying to find a way forward, so I understand how frustrating it can be. That’s exactly why I’m sharing this with you. What helped me was getting connected to the right guidance and a simple side income model that started bringing in steady income without needing startup capital or depending on investors. If you’d like, I can share the profile of the person who guided me so you can message them directly, see how it works, and decide for yourself if it’s something that could help you too.
R2R - how to avoid double booking
Hi, please can someone advise me. I'm completely new to R2R and just looking for information. If I have a rental property advertised on more than one site - e.g. airbnb and booking.com, how do I avoid it being double booked? Is there are way for both sites to use one calendar? Thanks

@Rebecca Robayo, That’s actually really interesting what you’re doing with One World Animals. Rescuing exotic animals and running awareness events is not something you hear every day. Respect for that, it must take a lot of time and commitment. It makes sense you’re now slowly building property alongside it, especially with how demanding that kind of work can be. Just out of curiosity, have you ever been involved in any other online business before, like e-commerce? I ask because I actually went down that route as well. I tried a few things online, but honestly struggled for a while to make anything consistent. I was jumping between ideas and not really having a proper structure behind them. What actually changed everything for me was getting connected through a Skool community member here who introduced me to a professional e-commerce builder and developer. I ended up working closely with him to set everything up properly, from store structure to product research and backend systems. It honestly changed the game for me. With a relatively small investment, things finally started to click, and I’ve been generating around $12k consistently over the last couple of months. I’m quite passionate about it now because I know how frustrating it can be before things start working, especially when you’re juggling other commitments like you are. Would be interested to hear if you’ve ever looked into e-commerce at all?

@Rebecca Robayo, I completely understand, and that’s actually why I mentioned it, ecommerce doesn’t need to take a huge amount of your time, especially when it’s set up properly. That’s the part most people get wrong. They think it’s another full-time job, but in reality, it works more like a side gig that can generate steady income alongside what you’re already doing. With the right structure, products, and backend systems in place, it doesn’t require you to be on it all day. That’s exactly why it worked for me while handling other responsibilities. Before I got the right guidance, I thought the same way and kept putting it off. But once I got connected to the right person who helped me build everything properly, it became much simpler and started producing real results. That’s why I’m passionate about sharing it, because a lot of people are sitting on an opportunity without realizing it could fit around what they already do. It's something that you can do
