DBCL
DCBL finally replied to my SAR request on email yesterday. They sent a big email waffling rubbish (I attached a photo with a glimpse of what they had to say). Just replied with the SAR 2 legal challenge. Will give updates when they respond (for the people who care 😂)

They have replied to SAR 3 with this 🤣 sounds like they’re slowly starting to get the message I’m not gonna back down

Should I hit them with the final SAR and what would the next proposed steps be from there. I’m not letting them get away with it

parking charge
Hi, Im messaging for some advice as I haven’t been in this situation before and before I make any decisions I thought I would come to someone who could point me in the right direction. I today have received a letter from a debt collection agency (DCBL - DIRECT COLLECTIONS BAILIFFS LTD) requesting £170 for a parking charge saying that I can’t appeal it. Even though this is the first letter I have received about it. The parking charge happened on 09/02/2021 and I’m not really sure what I should do because I don’t want to be paying £170 for a parking fine when I only parked there because I was working in m&s and I gave them my car reg details and they must not of passed my details on. What steps should I take next. I have attached the photos of the letter I received to this email. Regards, Scott.

So first email before any other protocols, just ask them for a SAR request then once I have received all the info I can get then take it from there ?

@Antony Jones good to know mate, I’m completely new to all of this information so I’m gonna join the call tonight and absorb everything I can before I send the first email. Hopefully fingers crossed I will follow your foot steps and get them off my back
