What does being late do to you? It makes me scramble more to get there and creates a whole bunch of anxiety…how to we balance urgency and fear of perception of others?

It makes me feel very anxious and compressed inside. It also puts me into fight\flight. I try and slow down and remind myself that it's okay to be late. It doesn't always work 🙃
