Market Research: AI or....?
I'm deep into the market research aspect of building a new brand and product roadmap + the whole GW process. Where we all used to use the 10-Minute Market Recon tools (i.e. FB, YT, Google, semrush, Soovle, Ubersuggest, etc.) ... ... is everyone simply using AI?? Or are you still using the original tools too? I'm getting so much done with AI research but wondering if I'm missing something by not using the other suite of tools that have been historically useful. Tell me your favorite tools and what process is working best for you these days. 👌

@Pete Peveto ahahaha, now, the real question is, do you converse with it like a person? Or do you talk to it transactionally??
I PASSED the GW cert exam!
Thank you to all who supported me through this process, including my SOS metrics post and other posts where I workshopped course concepts and ideas. Special thanks to the following community mentors and members who offered specific input, grounded insights, and essential cheerleading: @Aaron Fletcher @Josh Clifford @Penny Chohaili @Tiffany DeRossett @Jason Pulliam @Istvan Toth @Joshua Dudgeon @Jon Giordano @Michel Mansour @Kishore Reddy Alla @Victor Mick @Ericka Scott @Adesola Adebayo @Valerie K Miller If I've missed anyone -- apologies, big hugs, and much gratitude! Now, off to spread the GW gospel. 😁

@Stephanie Maull Hi! The cert course and exam are available in the Classroom tab, same place as HTCLF. I did the course because I'm pivoting out of my current career (Trauma Recovery Specialist) into full-time marketing consultant and trainer. While I have 20 years of successful marketing experience, it's all been for my own businesses, which I can use as case studies but -- I wanted more external validation that I have solid skills. That's why I did the cert course. And I chose GW because what I've learned from @Aaron Fletcher and his FM/GW approach not only helped me 10X my business .... I had a LOT of FUN doing it. 😁
How To Do It
What is the fastest way to learn how to become a marketing agency that builds websites for lead generation using ai to do most of the repetitive work?

@Joshua Dudgeon You're the best, thank you! Great list. Do you use Grok or Perplexity at all? I've never gotten the hang of Zaps -- I tried really hard when Zapier first hit the scene but it's very confusing.

@Shandla Walker I haven't tried Notion, hmmm. And Chat has a tendency to go off and do it's own thing, so I lost a lot of time recreating a document it completely overrode. Maddening. Now I use it for little researchy things but no real work.
Design Center Issue - Am I the Only One?
I completely filled in my Campaign PR and then opened a Design Center PR template and... It pulls in some of my content but also some of the FM PR boilerplate content (which doesn't even exist in my Campaign PR content). Is this ... a) a normal occurrence? b) a tech glitch specific to my account? c) something I'm missing in the process? I know I can manually edit, but I'd like the convenience of the program properly populating the template. Who's got suggestions for troubleshooting?? p.s. How do I delete the Design Center PR I've created if I want to start over? Is there a manual for using the Design Center??

Love this, @Shandla Walker -- and totally agree, 💯. Reminds me of Grant Cardone's advice in IF YOU'RE NOT FIRST, YOU'RE LAST. Have you read that? Fabulous book about thriving in a downturn -- with human-driven actions that create not only traction but longevity. I think you'd resonate with the ideas! And if you have the chance, listen to the audio. He diverges from the text and constantly riffs for even more value.

@Shandla Walker Oh, WOW! I'm jealous -- that was the last Growth Con, I bet it was legendary. We need to TALK, lol! I was going to go when the event was in Miami since I'm in FL but then the dates didn't sync up so I attended virtually. Would love to hear what you thought about the in-person experience.
