Client's FB Page Hacked
My client's FB page was hacked, I'm guessing because it was an easy target given that she created it specifically for me to build a campaign for her and so it had zero content on it. Has anyone had this happen to a client? If so, what is my responsibility in this situation?

If you have the account back, definitely new password 2fa, payments etc. Check that someone has changed the email or phone number. Not your fault, this can happen to anyone as they target lists of people at a time to find the weakest. Just do you best to get the account back up and running
Did you experience this?
We launched a new DCT campaign - however, it did not spend even though it said "active". Now, FB is saying this. Can't our clients run ads bc they subscribed to the new ad-free subscription on FB?

Is this the facebook page? If so, the page is not running any active ads, so it is hard to tell whether she is running ads on the page or her personal account. I would need your screenshot to show the whole screen to see the left hand menus etc

@Dima Whebi it is hard to confirm whether it is a business account but it does like it.
Gmail not receiving any emails?
Hey kings, So I realised my business gmail was not receiving any emails for the past 8 days! I even sent myself two emails from other accounts to check and they are nowhere to be found, not even spam. I also checked gmail storage, I have loads more space to go. Also sent an email back (from my main to my throwaway) and oddly that response isn't in my throwaway's inbox either. Email health is great as it is not used to run any campaigns. Worked perfectly fine up until a week ago. Have you guys eve experienced this?

@Bart Wojciechowski i would check with your Domain support, make sure all the MX records are correct. If you have a website up with your domain I would also be checking the security and firewalls. Then also check with Google support and see if they are stopping it for some reason.
Agencies running FB ads from your own ad account for your clients – is this allowed? Need expert insight
Hey everyone — I could really use help from someone who knows Meta's ad policies inside out. I run a marketing agency, and here’s what I’m trying to do: - I want to run ads for multiple clients using my own ad account/accounts (inside my Business Manager) - The ads should still appear from the client’s Facebook Page - I pay for the ad spend myself - I don’t want to be added to each client’s BM or use their ad accounts When setting up a new ad account, Meta asks:“This ad account will be used for: 1. My business 2. Another business or client”I do not know what is the correct choice. As well i guess there is a limit on the amount of ad account you can make? So if i have 50 clients i do not think i can even make 50 ad accounts? I’ve read these docs but i'm even more confused now: - https://www.facebook.com/business/help/375950529870841 - https://www.facebook.com/business/help/350066115746201 But I’d love real-world advice from anyone who has scaled this model or knows the risks. Have you done this setup? Did you run into issues with account restrictions or policy violations? How can we run ads for our clients from our own BM manager?

You definitely should not be using your own ad account to run other clients ads, they should be sharing their assets with you so that you can create the ad on their account. Their account will have all the audience data, dataset data, instagram link etc. It is definitely not best practices to be running their ads on your ad account. If one ad gets banned it would ban your whole account for every client. Highly recommend you doing the Partner request with them and accessing their assets so they show up in your Business Portfolio but are owned by the client
Advertising The Same Business But A Different Location
I own a social media marketing agency for local gyms in Lead generation advertising agency that helps gyms grow using paid advertising. I signed a martial art studio client I did service delivery for him for one month in his New Jersey location long story short this is the second month of advertising and he wants to advertise his other location, which is located in Queens, New York and through text, he asked me do we have to log on to Facebook and give me access to the Queens account/location? Basically what he’s asking is because we’re advertising another one of his locations the Queen’s New York location as opposed to the Colts neck New Jersey location we advertised last month will I need to log into like a new Facebook account and Meta ads manager or can I just use the same ad manager. Any help would be appreciated!

@Ariel Azizzadeh does he have a separate facebook page or business manager for the other location? If he does then he will need to give you access to those pages/business manager and ads account. If he doesn't have a separate business manager or ads account for the other location you will need access to the facebook page and then you can use the same ad account and create a duplication of the ad and change the location to the new one.

@Ariel Azizzadeh yes, as you will need to link the instagram to the ads
