Is there a way to do this in GHL?
If the number of leads from a form reaches a certain limit (for example, 6 leads), I want any additional leads to be moved to a waitlist. Is there a way to do this inside of GoHighLevel?
Did you experience this?
We launched a new DCT campaign - however, it did not spend even though it said "active". Now, FB is saying this. Can't our clients run ads bc they subscribed to the new ad-free subscription on FB?

@Pauline Mitchell Yes this is the account– the ads were restricted so we're not running ads currently. Here's the screenshot, hope it helps. If there were active ads, how would you see whether she is running ads on the page or on her personal account? Thanks in advance!

@Pauline Mitchell No problem thanks for your help!
Client has a bad financial situation 🙂
We recently signed a client and we did know from the start that her financial situation was not the best but she really wanted to try ads with us to get new clients since she is only 2 years in the business and wanted more people to know about her clinic. We ran ads and generated around 24 leads, got a few consultations and appointments — but only one show-up. The issue is that her ad account keeps getting restricted and the ads are stopped as Facebook did not get her last payment for the ads. This has happened 3 times where we ran the ads and then they’re shut down due to unpaid balances We want to decrease the balance to $10/day– but my question is, should we get her to pay the last payment, decrease the balance, and continue the ads or should we stop the work? I also thought of running ads for one of her cheaper services, so she can get more appointments – and perhaps those show ups can refer her to others so we can get the most out of the ads, but idk if this would be the same as the current ads. It’s 100% my fault for choosing to work with her at the beginning but now I want to make a decision thats in her best interest and doesnt worsen her financial situation. Lmk if you need more context. Really appreciate any advice you can share

how to change the payment method?
This is the 4th time the ad has been stopped because our client didn’t top up the balance in time. Normally, meta automatically withdraws funds in small amounts throughout the day. But here, our client is paying in large chunks manually. Is there a way to switch the payment method so that meta can charge automatically as the ads run? Hope that makes sense :)
how to change the payment method?
High CPL After Testing DCT
Hi guys, We are running FB ads for a client and went with the winning DCT ad and currently have one ad running at a $15 daily budget. The cost of the service is $380 and we’re only getting 1 lead a day with a CPL of $12. I’m not happy with the performance even though we now know the winning ad because we usually get leads that cost $5 max. There are ofc several variables such as the daily ad spend and the country but I'm wondering if we should change something (eg. testing a new DCT) or should I leave it to Facebook as Jimmy mentioned in his last video? Btw the metrics is not that bad: CTR: 1.60% CTR (all): 4.30% Conversion rate of the lead form is 9,5% Would really appreciate any advice!

@Thure Sander We got 15 leads and one of them booked and showed up for the appt. – the conversion rate is good but the issue was the CPL. But if the conversion rate continues to be 15% then I totally agree with Jimmys point on not caring about the CPL in this situation

@Uncle Jimmy Mitchell Our client from the UK got $3-5 leads while this client from Denmark has a higher CPL for the same service. That’s why I thought I could do something to make the CPL lower. Our current conversion rate is 15%, so I wouldn’t complain if it stays like this. But it’s early to judge from 15 leads. I’ll follow the rule of thumb and wait to see if the conversion rate changes or not. Appreciate the advice!
