@Labuena Lewis get real clear on what they want. Get their buy box. And don't just take the first thing they say. Probe a little deeper. Do you major rehabs. How about to the studs? What about burn outs? How do you finance your deals or are you a cash buyer? Are there any zip codes you avoid? Are you buy and hold landlord or flipping or STR? Only SFR or would you do small MFR. Make them clarify so you can understand what they really want... That will help you better search for deals square in their strike zone
Is anyone actually working?
I have a builder that will BUY. I dont have a wholesaler that will focus on finding lots ans tear downs. I am shocked that people will not stop searching for random lots to source for a guaranteed buyer.
