I talked with support and they said that anywhere from 1-10% opt-out rate will do this to the account and after 3 times it gets harder to get the account back. Are there any alternatives to sending SMS that do not require opt-out language or are not as strict? ***Update 9/24/25: I think I have figured this out after texting 60,000 contacts. First if you call these people and they text you back anything it’s free game. Or if you want to blast out a bunch of people I changed my opt-out msg to say “To stop messages and be taken off all lists reply DELETE” not saying that’s the best but it definitely works.
