What's the meaning of life?
Don't act like you've never asked yourself this question haha None of us know for sure (and we never will) but everyone has some theory or idea What's yours?

@Jon Pakula The best Definition of Life that I've ever heard (So Far) was by John Lennon in his 1980 song "Beautiful Boy" He said “Life is what happens when you are busy making other plans.” I thought, for years that He was the one who originally phrased that, but after checking,I discovered it was first phrased by a writer named Allen Saunders,in the January 1957 issue of Readers Digest,To me,That is a Perfect Definitation of Life... But having said that,Who's to say there's only One Definitation of Life? You Definately could make an argument that "The meaning of life isn’t something we find...it’s something we create." My Experience in my 72 + years of Life,Fits Lennon's definition, even though he wasn't the first one to con that phrase,His was the one I first heard, and felt like it was a pretty good definition based on My Life...Obviously,Everyone's Life is Different!
You Don’t Know What You Don’t Know.
You Don’t Know What You Don’t Know. That’s exactly why I started this interview podcast. Not because I have all the answers—but because I don’t. Because what I know is maybe 1%. What I think I don’t know is 4%. And that mysterious 95%? That’s the stuff I don’t even know I don’t know. So instead of just sharing what I know, I sit down with people who are more experienced, more insightful, or just different in their thinking—and I ask questions. I learn. I grow. Every episode is a deep dive into someone else’s world. And in the process, I get better. You get better. Because that’s what growth really is. I don’t see it as personal development—like filling in a gap. I see it as personal growth—like expanding from the inside out. This podcast is my way of growing out loud. And inviting you to grow with me. What’s something new you’ve learned recently?

Lessons From Failure...
Failure used to frustrate me. It used to feel like proof that maybe I wasn’t cut out for this. That maybe I wasn’t good enough. Smart enough. Capable enough. But here’s what I’ve learned: Failure isn’t a dead end. It’s a mirror. It shows you what needs to change. It reveals the gaps. It teaches you things success could never teach you. Every time you fall short… Miss a goal. Launch something that doesn’t land. Make a wrong move… It’s easy to spiral. Easy to disappear. Easy to retreat back to comfort. But instead, Choose to extract the lesson. Choose to get better, not bitter. ✅ What worked? ✅ What didn’t? ✅ What needs to change next time? Stop tying your identity to the outcome. And start tying it to your ability to learn, adapt, and keep swinging. Because in the end, it’s not the smartest or most talented that win. It’s the ones who Refuse to Stay Down! Here’s your Challenge: When you fail…do you feel sorry for yourself? Or do you mine the lesson and move forward? One will keep you Stuck. The other will make you Unstoppable. Failure isn’t the enemy. Quitting is! Challenge Accepted. @Laly Finnie Hi Laly,I Love That Into of Yours ",I am who I am... Leave it or take it, love it or hate, I can only be ME...!" That, Sounds Exactly like Something I would say,and Most Likely Have Said, the words may have been a little different whenever I said it,but the Message was the same,Although ,You said it a bit nicer than I probably would've,as I would've used my favorite curse word a time or 2,you know that 4 letter word, starts with an F and describes my Favorite Exercise! Lol
The ONE Habit That’s Changing How I Show Up In My RELATIONSHIPS
Big changes don’t always come from big moves. Sometimes, it’s the small things…done consistently…that change everything. Here’s one habit that’s improved my relationships more than almost anything else: I Pause…and I Check In. Every day. With my wife. With my kids. With the people who matter most. It’s simple. It’s short. And it’s powerful. Not a deep therapy session. Not a long lecture. Just asking questions like: - “How’s your day really going?” - “Is there anything you need from me today?” - “What’s something you’re excited about right now?” It reminds them they matter. It reminds me to slow down and stay present. And over time, that one habit has deepened connection, built trust, and brought more peace into my home. Here’s your Challenge: Are you showing up in your relationships with real presence? Or just checking the box and moving on? Try it today. 1 check-in. 1 intentional pause. No distractions. Because growth isn’t just about what you build…it’s about How you Connect. Challenge Accepted. There's One more Real Quick one,I believe I was 15 and was in the Auditorium watching Mr Wrestling,I don't remember who he was wrestling, but I was a Big fan of his,So the guy takes Mr Wrestling's Mask Off and Throws it into the Crowd, and I was Ringside as I usually was,and I Caught It,Unfortunately,Security came and Took it From Me.Lol

Feeling Overwhelmed...Take a Brain Dump
Overwhelm used to take me out for hours...sometimes days. The mental fog. The endless to-do lists. The feeling of being behind before I even started. Starting ten things and finishing none. But here’s what I’ve learned: Overwhelm isn’t a workload problem. It’s a clarity problem. Now when I feel the pressure building, I don’t panic. I don’t power through blindly. I RESET… Here’s how I quickly reset when I feel overwhelm creeping in: Step 1: Pause and breathe. Not scroll. Not react. Just 2 minutes of stillness and deep breathing. Step 2: Brain dump everything. Get every task, thought, and worry out of my head and onto paper. No organizing. No editing. Just unload. Step 3: Identify the ONE thing that matters most right now. Not five things. Not all the things. One. Then I commit to that action…and only that action…until it’s DONE... Most people stay stuck because they stay swirling. Clarity doesn’t come from thinking harder. It comes from getting simple…and getting moving. Here’s your challenge: What if you stopped trying to organize the chaos inside your head… And started executing your way out of it? Overwhelm isn’t a sign to quit. It’s a sign to simplify. Breathe. Dump it out. Do the next right thing. Challenge Accepted.
