Timeblocking planner: 30 minute intervals
Your time is extremely valuable and you are probably pissing most of it away. Most people can barely sit still and meditate for 20 minutes and when they do they realize how long 30 minutes actually is when they are aware. When you are unconscious you forget how precious time is and it disappears. Use this 30 minute time blocking template to see exactly where your time goes and confront how inefficient you actually are. Print it out track honestly and take control of your day. https://docs.google.com/document/d/1IVZaQStomZAD7VnutkOdM5q3i9Tk1i9JJEh3CUNNaPU/edit?usp=sharing

I use the Flow app at work and every 25 minutes I Grease the Groove with multiple pull-ups and push-ups. Not only have I seen changes in my physique, my concentration and mental acuity at work (plus intermittent fasting) has been better in the past month than all of last year. https://www.flow.app/
Christian Men are Being Shamed for Wanting Marriage. Why Date Christians?
I am loyal to a fault. So loyal that the religion that has been a net negative in my life (assuming that I would also be saved by Christ as a Protestant), Catholicism, I keep turning back to out of an obligation to find a wife to raise children in the faith, a faith that has constantly griefed me from high school onwards against finding a wife by making me a Nice Guy and demonizing PUAs in my 20s. Anyway, my NYR amongst others is to stop dating Catholic girls. I have had it said to my face, "Pat, you are obsessed with finding a wife." Ok? As opposed to being obsessed with sleeping with as many women as possible? It's all complete mate suppression. Are there any other Christian men in here with similar experiences? Also, are Christian women, who almost definitely had sex in high school, saying they "waiting until marriage" just shit-testing men? I might make that a separate post. https://marginsofeden.substack.com/p/the-mr-collins-complex?utm_source=post-banner&utm_medium=web&utm_campaign=posts-open-in-app&triedRedirect=true
New Year's Resolutions? Are you holding to them?
They say that if you're not keeping up with your NYR in February that you're more likely to keep it for the rest of the year. My strategy for NYR: 1. Start your resolutions ideally before winter sets in, i.e. October. 2. Pick as many resolutions as possible. 3. Weed down the ones you can't follow and settle one one or two. The ones I'm still following: - Stop dating Catholics - it's all the negatives of secular dating plus the negatives of Christian dating (they claim to be virgins "waiting for marriage") - No video games all year - not until I get my Master's Degree, or I have a girlfriend I need to ignore. - Intermittent fasting, eat between 12-8. - Grease the Groove - 5 pull-ups/chin-ups, 20 push-ups, and a miscellaneous exercise for every 25 minutes of studying. Are you still holding to your NYR?

Do you want to have one girlfriend only or multiple?
I have heard Michael say many times that the top 1% of men are so rare that they can have multiple girlfriends. This topic is very interesting, and I see many benefits of having multiple girlfriends and not just one. So that makes me curious: do you want to have one girlfriend only or multiple?

@Rob Farquhar Women definitely want to feel special but now the problem is they want all of that commitment *before* a relationship, i.e. want to be treated as a friend, special attention, etc.

On one hand, I've always had a scarcity mentality and I don't know where it came from. I had an average up-bringing and never had to fight for scraps. I'm well-off now and trying to have an abundance mentality, but it's hard. On the other hand, the thought of having to deal with multiple women just sounds like a headache and a bother. I'd be fine with one to give my forefathers an heir, but I have too many things I want to accomplish to spin plates.

Yall think it’s alright to grab food with female friends on Valentine’s Day or is that intent?

Are you paying for their dinner? Are you paying for their drinks? If not, sure. Use them as preselection to find a woman. EVERY single woman is lonely on Valentine's Day and that is a FACT. Definitely make a plan and act on it tonight.
