Day 3: Just Move | Moving Through January
Movement doesn’t have to be perfect, and it’s not always convenient. Some days it’s easy, some days it’s a challenge. Move anyway. This isn’t about exercise, it’s just movement for the sake of moving. Move for your mood. Move for your energy. Consistency wins every time. Notice how much better you feel when you show up, no matter what.

Nice way to get the day going. Always good to remember how being outside helps with that inside work on happiness. Back home to cooler weather but the sun was out so definitely spent some time outside.
Day 2: It's a Great Day for a Great Day | Moving Through January
Today is a light, full-body movement session. January 2 might not feel as exciting as January 1, but it’s just as important. Every day holds possibility when we choose to show up. Today also matters a little more because it’s @Colleen Hopper birthday 🎉. A good reminder to treat every day as something worth celebrating. Move gently, keep showing up, and let each day feel like a great day to move!

Nice to be back after my travels. Love to hear the reminder about consistency. Something I have taken to heart with my movement over the last year ... getting out and moving every day. Here are some spots near my mom's house where I was the last couple of weeks. Easy to get motivated to move there ... and a final pic of consistency in action for me. Steps/miles for the year. Whether it be dedicated hikes or walks or just doing everyday things in life. I am committed to moving. I hope everyone's year is off to a good start!
Day 15: Back to Simple | December Challenge
Today is a really simple movement session. If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed or finding it hard to show up, let this be an easy way back in. There’s no need to push. Just move lightly, move slowly, and reconnect with your breath. If you’ve been here all along, take today as a chance to soften and reset. Gentle movement still counts. It always does.

All done in the midst of a busy day. Heading to the airport in a few minutes ... to go meet my new grandson!
Day 13: Mobility and Cardio | December Challenge
Today’s session is mobility and cardio, intended to be slow and smooth. It’s cold today, so I ended up moving a little quicker. Just enjoy the movement, keep the heart rate up, and let your body warm itself naturally. Stay consistent. Keep showing up. It all adds up.

While not necessarily the greatest, it is a favorite. Nibblin' on sponge cake Watchin' the sun bake All of those tourists covered with oil Strummin' my six-string On my front porch swing Smell those shrimp, they're beginnin' to boil
Day 12: Wake Up Your Joints l December Challenge
A simple session today to wake up your joints and shake off stiffness. Ten minutes of gentle movement can change the way your whole day feels. Move with ease and notice how your body responds. If you complete the session, share one sentence about how you feel today.

Liked the reference to other potential activities during the day. It is nice to experience the community here whose encouragement we can take with us and lean on during our other activities too.
