Choosing Not to Show
I’ve noticed that many audiovisual pieces are narratively solid, yet they often break the moment characters start speaking.Performances that don’t fully transmit emotion.Lipsync that feels slightly artificial and pulls you out of the story. To avoid those limitations, I chose to tell this story without relying on those elements. Sometimes constraints don’t weaken a narrative. They force it to explore other paths. What we don’t see can be more powerful than what we do.What we sense is often more unsettling than what we’re told. 6 Seconds in New York
I just got back from NYC and wanted to recreate the sights and the sounds of that trip using AI. This is a fast edit built from a bunch of AI video clips, and the whole point was simple: How real can I make it feel? Headphones on. Tell me what shot gives it away.

Can AI make you feel something real?
Hey guys!) I’ve been exploring whether it’s possible to actually evoke emotion through AI-generated content, beyond noise, speed, and pure technical flexing. Less spectacle, more atmosphere. Less demo, more feeling. I put together a short sequence as an experiment, almost a proof of concept, to see how far you can go when the goal is to make people feel something, not just impress them. Sharing the link here.👇 https://x.com/Three_Wars/status/2001695151715226011?s=20 Really curious to hear what it triggers for you, what works, and what doesn’t.Let’s keep exploring.

🎬 New in Director’s Notes: The Triptych Prompt
I just added a simple but powerful prompt to the Director’s Notes called the Triptych Prompt. I came across this structure a couple of weeks ago and tested it while creating an ad for AI Filmmaker Lab. The subject was a punk rock band, and the results were killer. It performed really well on Meta and gave the visuals this cinematic, story in three frames feel. Check it out in the Classroom under Director’s Notes. It’s a super effective setup for crafting cinematic, scroll stopping images.

What other practical uses do you think these cinematic triptychs could have in an AI workflow, beyond the obvious one of serving as a visual mood board for a scene?
