I'm not a dev & Anthropic would Pay me over $400,000 a year
If you haven't made it into my Archive yet, I don't blame you... You have a lot of information everywhere. But you'll notice a pattern anytime you decided to focus in on my information....anwyho... I posted in there, old videos, how I was using sales with ai 4+ years ago building out: ✅ Build agents that execute sales workflows from start to finish. ✅ Build evaluations that test whether those agents are ready to interact with customers. ✅ Connect the systems through MCP servers, applications and shared platforms. ✅ Own what happens after launch, including monitoring performance and measuring ROI. -> https://www.skool.com/buildmarketclose/classroom/9e32d1b3?md=96752d8ca8fa4471aaa91b1ec4a3a291 It's the same framework you guys have here in this Skool, free...with just a more powerful AI than existed 4 years ago. The same one that I worked with @Marcelo Michelsohn on (this post here for his results) I haven't been told when I could take a vacation, go to lunch, or let anyone know I was sick for over 15 years... BUT If I wanted to have those constraints on my time and make over $400,000 a year, Anthropic would pay me (actually, I'd probably get paid more but) -> Read this LI post and cited source Now look at what they're paying for. Here's the point: Many of y'all have mastered the FE part of the ai stuffs AND you have access to my free sales framework and what works and why. When I say it's generated over $10,000,000 in sales, I am cutting myself short there. There's no reason for you not to learn my sales framework, and if you want to go make 400K a year, then apply to Anthropic.

There is certainly a lot of material to go through and digest. 😀
Human + AI Operating System
For the last few days, I've been thinking about how I could apply the ICM folder starter kit to my coaching and web development business. After much wrangling, I asked Claude to come up with the best solution, and before I let Claude implement the folder system (it gets very enthusiastic), I asked it document our discussion and the solution so that you could get an idea of how you might set up your own folder system, based on Ry Mac's icm folder starter kit. (See attached file).

@Ry Mac I just went through Fred's report. Got my afternoon set out for me. Thank you very much. This is Gold! This is what I need. A system that will help me move forward effectively. Will report back when all tasks are complete. This will be part of my 90-day plan leading up to the end of the year... starting with a clean desk/forder system.
The 2 Paths To Sales
You're either building something to sell online or you're building something that requires a phone call. The sales frameworks I teach you work for both, sales is sales, frameworks are frameworks... It's the application of 1 that is trickier than the other... Online sales are generally for lower ticket items and they don't require a phone call. Something that requires a phone call to close the deal are generally for more expensive things. The catch 22: People think it's easier to sell things online without a phone call because things are less expensive but in reality it's harder. If you're on a sales page, I can't answer your questions: I have to guess at what you will ask and clear them to get you to purchase. If you're on the phone with me: I can handle your objections and ask for your business again. (this is something you should do at the end of your VSLs or FAQs or both) There's less plumbing needed from website visitor -> booked call (I could throw a paid ad up right now, give away a free thing, and have you schedule the call for the free thing, now we're on the phone) Whereas an online sales funnel, there are wayyyy more things that can leak. Landing pages, headlines, sales copy, VSLs, buy buttons, merchant integrations, e-mails, delivery of the product, etc. etc. The next video will be a wrap-up and audit of the online sales you just watched, and if ya' didn't, well, you get to see the post sales audit. The video after that will be the phone sales stuffs, which is the funnest' stuffs in my opinion. I'll always say that if I had $100 to my name and I needed to make money, I would pick up the phone, call businesses and tell them I fix a pain so that they can be pain-free ... and generate sales. It's the cheapest, it's free, it's just seemingly "harder" because you have to speak to other humans and ask them for a payment. For the online sales: everyone who got in on the production line dime-sale, you will get to learn the application of the output part, and the audit and post sales teardown will help give clarity to the things that can could should go wrong so that you can use the line + 20 skills to start selling online.

@Ry Mac Looking forward to hearing what you ordered. I have an old i7 16GB MacBookPro. Forgotten when I bought it. Must be close to 10 years old. My goal is to generate enough sales to be able to afford an upgrade.

Lesson 1. Your average business person does not care about AI
Some background first. AI is cool and building has been fun, but if I can't make money doing this then what is the point of spending all the hours on it. Hence, I found Rymac and joined this group. The thing is, I have been stuck for a while on what to actually sell. Like a lot of you I can build a bunch of stuff with AI at this point, and that turned out to be the problem, because "I can build a bunch of stuff" is not an offer and nobody knows what to do with it. So I started calling people. Old contacts, mostly real estate agents. The plan was that I would help them with AI. Train them up, show them how to get their marketing together, teach them to use the tools properly. Save them a bunch of time and help them make more money. That is not what happened. They don't care. Not skeptical, just not interested. Most of them think AI makes slop, because bad output is the only output they have ever seen. They have no idea what it can actually do, and nobody has ever sat down and shown them. Hell, half of them have access to tools for free and they don't use them. And if you try to explain it, you lose them. About two sentences in and you are talking to a deer in headlights. So I stopped explaining. I am moving toward doing it for them instead, as a done for you service. Everything else in this series came out of that turn.

@Darren Soares , very true! Quite often, it’s about cognitive load. Most business operators need to focus on their core business and keeping their business afloat. AI is something they see in their peripheral vision. It is not something they want to learn (too many moving parts). That’s why a Done for You solution is more likely to sell.
New machine means live calls soon
