If you ever feel like you’re making too many mistakes and don’t even know where to start, here’s something simple that worked for me:(it cant get simpler than that)
Start with just one thought: What’s the one thing i am doing wrong and i know i am doing wrong and that I can actually fix?
Take 15 minutes, sit quietly, and reflect on it. No distractions. Just think about how you can improve that one thing.
Trust me, once you do this, you’ll get more clarity (and more answers) than you expect.
