Module 1: Setting up Your 12 Week Goal
I am happy that in the picture I took today, my biceps, triceps and side delts are much bigger and much more prominent than in the picture I took on December, 3rd 2024. Eating the right calories, foods and progressive overload with each of my workouts helped me achieve this goal. As a result, this process has been organized and did not feel impossible to reach. I feel much more confident in whatever I wear and anytime I step out of my house. My day is a lot more organized too and I feel good mentally each day because of this. March 3rd, 2024.
Module 1: Affirmations
I am confident in myself. I am confident enough to go out each day and not feel self-conscious. I am consistent in my eating habits, workouts, steps, and overall self-care. I get the things I am supposed to get done. I am in control of myself, my life and my destiny.
Module 1-Crafting Your Dream Vision
My vision for my fitness initially was based on appearance; I wanted to look good for others, and for others to acknowledge me. But ever since I started to progress in my fitness journey, I have stopped caring about what others think of me and only now I only want to keep being happy within myself. This has helped me to get rid of the need to be around people all the time, not caring about the true contribution they make in my life. Now, I can select and choose carefully who I let into my life because I am happy and confident within myself and by myself. I have also been able to rid my compulsion of wanting to buy things as a coping mechanism to make me feel better about myself. Thus, as a result of gaining inner confidence, the only goals I have left in life are to look how I envision myself in my head, with muscles all around, making me feel powerful within myself but also actually being physically strong. I would also like to get rid of my feelings of fatigue and feel more energized each day. Currently, with my fitness, I can now take care of myself and get the basics done like cooking, cleaning, laundry and so on. This is a huge milestone for me and one that I was not able to do consistently before starting. But now, I would like to move beyond the necessities, to have more energy for school, work and socializing with people. My life would look different in that I would be able to get more done during my days and feel more fulfilled, but also be confident to step out into the world each day and not feel self-conscious within myself.
