@Jan Grant great self awareness Jan. super star for being honest with yourself! It’s easy to fall into that cycle, but even 10 minutes of yoga will re-energise, reduce stress and slow the ageing process and make life more comfortable. Just got to make time for it and do it! A little push always helps 🙏 get back in that classroom and see what in there helps!

My two cents on weight loss....
You've seen the progress photos, you've seen the testimonials... and you either think they're fake or impossible for you to achieve... These people DID NOT... - take Ozempic or Monjaro - cause negative and damaging side effects to their long term health and life expectancy with radical diets, pills and injections - get "beasted" in the gym, injured or be asked to do anything they were not capable of... They did... - Learned the science to understand weight loss and changed their beliefs (its free in the classroom) - Reached out for support and were coachable - Created a sustainable exercise, movement and nutrition strategy that minimized the change, effort and sacrifice needed. - Used Yoga to burn energy safely, manage stress, menopause and hormonal health... - Stuck at it with accountability, created sustainable behaviour changes by learning and managing stress - With the support of others, literally became different people with different lives.... Many of you probably think the results you've seen in this group are "Impossible" for you, or even fake... I promise you, it does not have to be as hard as you think... You dont need "no pain no gain" workouts, or "cut the carbs" deprivation diets... we all know time goes quick, and when you're following the science, managing stress, hormonal health and energy balance then the weight will come off naturally and healthily. Julie dropped 3 stone and reduced her arthritis, sciatica and improved her vertigo as well as her all round energy and health. Previous solutions were not suitable for her, she’d get hurt or feel uncomfortable and was fed up of wasting time.
