N123 ❤️ heart healing ❤️
This Nidra is such a wonderful journey through the mind, body, my self. Thank you Ayla, I think I listened it for the fifth time and still hear and feel new words, meaning and insights. Recommended from the heart ❤️🙏❤️

"An ancient tree with patient roots". I was deep in nidra state and woke up to those words!

@Gabrielle Alizay love that do it quietly and let the results roar🥰
What if your body isn't failing you... it's just waiting to feel safe?
I want to introduce you to someone. In the framework I've built my work around — the 5 States of Rest — the first state is the one I see most. I call them the Rooted One. This isn't a personality type. It's a state the body moves into when it's been holding too much for too long. And know this... you might sense yourself in all five states, but most people have one that's most familiar. (I've been in a place where safety felt impossible to believe. I know what it's like to feel truly betrayed by your own body. And I also know what it feels like to come home to it again.) Let me introduce you to the Rooted One. They don't feel lazy. They feel disconnected from themselves. Sleep doesn't fully restore them. They're exhausted but wired. They keep trying to think their way out of something that actually lives in the body. Just sit with that for a moment. Your body has been working so hard to protect you. That's not failure, but your body asking to come home.

@Jason Brooker yes agree. I have noticed am shifting towards a similar morning practice as my energy levels start to return
60-second Reset
When you cannot unwind (and a reminder). If your body doesn't know how to downshift at the end of the day... Try this (and why not, right now?) Let your jaw go soft... don't force it; simply allow. Feel the weight of your hands. Breathe out slowly through your mouth, like you're fogging a mirror. Try that three times. That's a nervous system reset. It's small, and it works. In our VIP live sessions, we go much deeper — with full yoga nidra practices built specifically for nervous system restoration and live Yoga Nidra experiences that tap into the States of Rest. I hope to see you there at our very next one!

That was amazing. I realised how heavy my phone is, put it down after the first round. Whole body feels rested and energy shifted. The clock in my room is so loud! Never heard it before. Def one to use during day. Thank you.
Gratitude
Oh you guys..my heart is so grateful. I was lying here feeling so alone and lost and then I remembered to check Ayla’s Skool. I am so used to no support I was actually scared to check. I had a challenging but amazing day at my new school. I cried in public, then ran to the ladies and began to plot how to escape and never go back. I felt like a caged animal ready to gnaw my own appendage off rather than go back into that class. But then I heard this little voice outside the bathroom stall. It was the little girl I had helped yesterday by letting her tell me about her miscarriage. She had seen me spiral and followed me. So I came out and got a hug, then the teacher came in made me feel empowered NOT ASHAMED. I showed fragility and nobody kicked me to the curb for the curb for it. Unheard of in my life. Unheard of…so I went back to class and it was ok. And now you all…😢😢😢😢 Thank you so much. I have always been there for others, but this time people were there for me. God bless all of you💚💚💚💚💚
