The last couple of weeks were pretty intense for me and my business. Started acquiring a lot of leads, so I had to step up with my performance providing the service and converting them into clients. You might say that this sounds amazing, leads coming in, I convert them into clients, but because of the offer for them, that delays where I want to be. On top of that, finally got my approval for work permit in Canada (There is sh*t ton of documents i need to provide and have left 4 days to do it). I remember, when I had nothing to do, no meetings scheduled, wished to be busy, going into live or online meetings. But now I remember how stupid I was because of that, but still wouldn't change anything. But that comes with a price. Every time I hit a wall, it feels harder and harder. I know I am strong physically and mentally, but that doesn't mean I am invincible. How do you coupe with burning out? how do you deal with your mind saying that "You need to work on your goals and achieve it now" ?
