Overseas Cold Calls
I’m fortunately going to Croatia in a few days to get away for 2 weeks holiday, but i’m in quite a crucial stage of my agency startup where i’ve finished my SOP’s, website, scripts, and all the fundamentals etc etc and it’s time to work my way through my lead scraping list and get cold calling. I run my agency in the UK working for estate agents in my local area offering lead generation and lead qualification via facebook and instagram ads, and also have a UK sim and number, however, i’m wondering if there’s a way (softwares / apps) where i can make calls using my UK sim, Calling UK numbers but calling from Croatia so i can keep cold calling UK numbers when im out in Croatia without getting any charges or costs ? Thanks

@Sean Lex GHL will charge his phone company pretty significant charges for out of country dialing

Any sales dialer will achieve this for you, but may be overkill for what you need. I'd just get a skype number, with the understanding that they may shut down/block the number if you're doing a lot of cold calling. Technically soliciting is against their TOS, but most of the time you won't have any issues

Number Showing Up as Spam
Hey guys i have cold callers in my agency but the numbers we call from show up as spam for our prospects. Is there any way to prevent that? Maybe there is some phone warm-up toll? 😅

Numbers will go bad before time inevitably. You can register the numbers which will help prevent this and sometimes, though rarely, reverse it. If you're using JustCall you're going to burn through numbers fast and they'll bill you a fortune for it. We've moved over to BatchDialer and it seems to manage this much more effectively than JustCall.

VA Call Forwarding
Does anyone have any familiarity with setting up a VA for a client to help them with inbound calls? Wondering if we can set that up on GHL or if another tool is needed
