@Karen Wise I am a returnee 🙂 Glad you're here too. Melody Vi's reply is pretty much the key for me too. Although I still write ridiculous to do lists, when it's time for action, I narrow it down a bit. What's the most pressing thing? Will any of this cost me money if I don't do it? Which task would give me the best relief if I completed it? These are usually the gnarliest ones, but a tiny step at a time makes them do-able. Just make sure you take breaks to recentre if you need to. The more I push, the more confused I get, so breaks are crucial for me. Sometimes it's one of the small, likeable tasks that give me that break, so that gets crossed off the list as a matter of course, if you see what I mean. One of the tasks today is 'harvest silverbeet and parsley', top up pots with compost'. It's a sunny day 💛 I designed my own treat on the task list YAY 😊Best wishes 🫶
