Quick funnel breakdown I recently did — this business is leaking ~40% of its revenue
I ran a revenue leak diagnostic on a wellness coaching funnel recently and the results were interesting. Overall funnel score: 54/100 Estimated revenue leak: ~40% of traffic Most of the problems weren’t traffic related…..they were structural. Here are 3 things that stood out immediately: 1. The sales page was killing conversions Score: 42/100 The price ($497) appeared before any value or proof was built. No testimonials, no transformation examples, no objection handling. Most visitors hit price and bounce. 2. Mobile UX was costing them leads 38% of their traffic is mobile, but the CTA button was partially hidden on smaller screens. That means people literally couldn’t see the opt-in button without scrolling. Small issue… big impact. 3. Checkout lacked trust signals No SSL badges, no payment reassurance, and no order bump. Checkout abandonment estimated at ~68%. Adding simple trust indicators can increase completion rates 12–18%. This is exactly why I built the Revenue Leak Diagnostic. I've been chatting with a few folks here. Most of them said my agency Debrand.me's landing page is confusing. So to resonate more with my targeted audience, I did some copy refinement, driving more clarity, (I used Cluade and Notion) My current target is: - A founder developing a B2B MVP - A CMO looking to strengthen their product design system - Scaleups expanding their engineering staff and seeking a system for design-to-engineer communication. There are some materials I couldn't share due to NDA. So I put them in an extended Notion web page 👉 here. One thing I noticed right away is the hero section headline. “GTM MVPs for B2B SaaS Seed Startups Through Branding” sounds strong, but it’s still a little abstract for someone landing on the page for the first time. Most founders are scanning quickly, so making the outcome more concrete (what result they get and how fast) could help the message land faster.

This is so true. Most businesses don’t have a traffic problem…they have a conversion structure problem. If the landing page, offer, and CTA aren’t aligned, the traffic just leaks out of the funnel no matter how many people visit.
Most people using AI today are still doing too much work manually.
