I made $5K with Voice agents past month
Genuine question, how many of you are actually making money with AI yet? I hit $5k last month just building AI voice agents for local businesses using BlueSales. Each one takes maybe 15 minutes to set up and I charge anywhere from $500 upwards. Wanted to give something back so I'm building free voice agents for 3 people in this community. You keep it, resell it, use it as a portfolio piece, whatever. Just drop a comment with your niche and I'll pick the 3 most interesting ones. 👇

Congrats on the win man - just a recommendation for you, document the process and the framework you already made on your homepage so you can lower the sales cycles or prospects getting unreasonable with multiple meetings.

Built Something in Notion
In the era of AI, speed is key. Making sure that I understand my client's vision is important I have been working on a Brand Slider built in Notion Linked to my Branding Research AI agent to give me clarity So as someone who might need a brand (now/or later) Would you consider this workflow easier than writing a brief? What improvement would you suggest as a client? Developed by Debrand.me P.S. Sorry for the nervousness and the video length, would appretiate a constructive feedback.

NEED HELP WITH GETTING CLIENTS
Hey everyone, I’ve been building in the restaurant niche for Voice AI. Got one solid client build done (inbound call handling, reservations, orders, CRM automation). But it’s been 2 months and zero new leads. Looking for honest feedback on what I’m doing wrong. Current acquisition methods: LinkedIn - Posting regularly, commenting on ICP posts (though restaurant owners are barely active on LI), DMing daily. Cold email - Running campaigns on Instantly targeting US restaurant owners. Decent send volume, but zero replies converting to calls. My questions: 1. Is restaurant even the right niche to be targeting right now for Voice AI? Or is there a hotter niche I should pivot to (or at least test in parallel)? 2. For those selling to restaurant owners - what channel actually works? They seem nearly impossible to reach on LinkedIn. 3. Is there something fundamentally broken in my approach - wrong channel, wrong offer framing, wrong ICP? Happy to share my email copy or LinkedIn DM script if that helps diagnose the issue. Thanks

I'll be honest with you, many people approach Voice AI wrongly. I saw your Elystra's project, the website looks clean, and the demo trails are a bonus for your outreach. But what's wrong is that the headline is a bit long and not clear, also, it feels very SaaSy or technical, and that is a problem with niche-specific AI. You need to build its content from the inside out, not the opposite, meaning you need to think about the prospect's perspective not yours. Plus, restaurant owners don't normally use LinkedIn that much, they are either on Facebook or IG, so those are the channels of your focus. Bonus for you is to include the client's setup you already made on the front page, with the ROI or statistics you've accomplished. This would increase the resonance factor with prospects when landing on your website. Happy to share more if that makes sense.

I just want to say how thankful I am for finding this group because it inspired me to start my own business — I also found great people to work with from this specific group who helped me get to this point. Yay! For collaboration https://www.truegrowthtechnologies.com

Congrats on kicking off the business, Sarah! The website is clean and simple, or at least better than most vibe-coded ones out there. Quick recommendation if you have access to edit: - Consider a cleaner branding, as now the logo is hard to notice - You have a bit of inconsistent colouring, hurting the scrolling experience - Have dark sections for eye-comforting usability - Added point if you introduce some animation so it can be engaging (gevin that you already offer web design) Here's a reference I made similar to your current vibe: https://www.thefrequencyarchitect.co/ you can clone some of the structure and copy. Let me know if that helped!
