As a new Lifeguard/Swimming Instructor, I feel this will unite us as a TEAM and keep us focused both on deck and in the water💦 Your 15 - 20 second HAND-OFF script is well written to include 5 important factors (zone status/risks/rule issues/water/equipment). I'm excited to put this in place if my future job doesn't already. Pairing new Instructors with a MENTOR. Plus the two minute WIN -SHARE once a week (what worked, what didn't). These are just some of the ideas presented in Nicole's lesson on Staff Motivation. I found it very helpful.
