Hi everybody. I'm Nicole, 41. Now that I know more about perimenopause, I think I've been experiencing symptoms for around 2 years. Very minor cycle changes for most of that time, but a few months ago, I started having urinary issues (normal urine tests, not a UTI). I'm looking forward to trying the Elevate Below product once it arrives.
