Strength, Mobility, and Athleticism - You Can Have It All 💪⚡
Here’s a common misconception I see all the time: you can either be strong, mobile, or athletic—but not all three. That’s just not true. And as someone who’s worked with countless athletes from high schoolers to Olympians, I can tell you this: You can—and should—train to have it all. What does that look like? 1. Strength: Functional, real-world strength that applies both in and out of the gym. This is about power you can actually use—whether you’re on the mat, on the field, or just handling life’s demands. 2. Mobility: The ability to move freely and stay pain-free. Mobility is often overlooked, but without it, strength and athleticism don’t mean much. 3. Athleticism: The speed, precision, and coordination to dominate physically. This is the glue that ties strength and mobility together, making you truly explosive and effective. How Do You Train for All Three? The key is balance: - Strength comes from intentional strength training. - Mobility requires intentional recovery and end range strength work. - Athleticism develops with explosive, dynamic movements. It’s not about crushing yourself in the gym—it’s about training with INTENT and making every movement count. Stay Weaponized, Coach Daza

Why Having a Clear Vision is Non-Negotiable
Hey everyone, I wanted to share something personal with you today: my vision board. I really enjoy traveling because experiencing new places and environments brings me a level of happiness that money can't buy Each image you see is tied to a vision I have for my business and personal life. Whenever I achieve a goal that I set for myself, I reward myself with the experience of traveling to the locations you see on the board My vision board isn’t just a collection of pictures —it’s a daily reminder of where I’m headed. It keeps me focused, motivated, and aligned with my goals. Here’s the thing about having a vision: 🔑 Clarity fuels progress. 🔑 Direction creates discipline. 🔑 Visualizing the outcome reminds you WHY you’re putting in the work. When you know exactly what you want and can see it clearly, taking the right actions becomes easier. Without a vision, it’s like trying to hit a target in the dark—frustrating and aimless. That’s why I encourage you to take some time to think about YOUR vision. - What does your ideal life look like? - What kind of athlete, person, or professional do you want to become? - What steps do you need to take today to get there? 💡 Create your own dream board. Whether it’s digital or physical, keep it somewhere you can see daily. Remind yourself of the bigger picture when things feel tough. For those of you who are working with me 1-on-1, you already know how much we focus on this. Together, we’ll create your personal vision board and break it down into actionable steps that make achieving your goals inevitable. If this resonates with you, drop a comment below: ✅Have you ever created a vision board? ✅ What’s the #1 goal on YOUR vision board right now? Let’s inspire each other to stay focused and push forward. 💪 #StayWeaponized

This was awesome! I am going to create a similar vision board. I utilize my phone background as a means of motivation could be family, your goal, or just something important! Hope this helps the team here.

Hey Guys, this is Coach Coco. I am long time collegiate and high school wrestling coach. I was a former college wrestler, and I also have experience competitively in BJJ/MMA. One of my areas of expertise I will be adding value to the community in is the mental aspect of sport. It is truly one of my passions, and I feel a lot of the time one of the biggest deficits of our athletes. If you need any help, or have any questions feel free to comment below. 🥇
