When Skool payments first came out I was pumped and disappointed at the same time. . I loved the idea of being able to run payments through skool and see MRR on the dashboard but I hated the fact that I could only charge up to $999/m. ( but found a work around which I'll share in this post) . For some context my PRE-SKOOL 1:1 Coaching Offer was $10k or $750/Week for 16 Weeks which doesn't work with the skool payment limitations of $999/m. . This drove me nuts tbh. . But I can see (maybe a small glimpse of) what Sam & Hormozi are doing. They are changing the game ... in more ways than one. . And one big way they are changing the game is by bringing more Transparency and Trust into the marketplace... Which let's face it has been a MASSIVE problem (at least in the business coaching space) . The limitations of the skool platform breed creativity, builds trust and removes all the fluff. . ✅ There's likely a reason you only get 1000 words on the about page. ✅ There's likely a reason you only get $999/m for payment options ✅ There's likely a reason why the majority of feature requests get declined (still crossing fingers for that scheduled post feature but whatever if it never happens I trust the limitation is actually making the platform better... less is more... simple scales) . The reality is if I am going to build my business on Skool, then it makes sense to learn all the rules as best I can and play the game by the skool rules. . It's just like the game of money. Taxes are the rule book for how to make and keep your money you become wealthier when you learn to play the game. .
