Hello, I drove around for a couple of hours yesterday and all the houses I saw seemed pretty good, but I was mostly just looking at they're yard and if it was mowed or not. Are there any other signs or certain neighborhoods I should look for?

Hello All, My Wife and I went to see family in Florida so we made a working vacation out of it, we did a lot of driving for dollars and picked up about 400 properties, we used our LeadFlow app, but now I'm trying to find them on our Xleads acount LeadFlow says it should be in the Xleads CRM but fairly new to Xleads and trying to figure out how to find those. Does anybody have any pointers? I'd sure appreciate it! Thanks Bret!

I was just scrolling on zillow on my laptop right now and I found a property in my market with a repair estimate of 51,000 ARV of somewhere around 300,000 which makes my MAO and LAO around 200,000 and guess how much he's asking... 175,000!!!!!! that's literally a 91,000 profit & I don't even have to negotiate with him I put him in my CRM and I'll call him tomorrow and let's see what happens.
