I know that the wholesaling industry, and wholesaling as a concept can have its intricacies, but I feel that I make it a lot more complicated by consuming too much information when maybe I should just boil it down to picking up the phone more and getting over my analysis paralysis.
It sounds like everyone who relates and you yourself know the solution, pick one thing because they all work and go 110% into that one thing pick up the damn phone!!!
Don’t sleep on some of the realtors you speak with…most I have spoken to here in GA are investors themselves…you will be able to tell in conversing with them. Get their buy box and start building your list then you will have specifics to focus on when looking for sellers (acquisitions)…a lil reverse engineering 😁
Is it a good idea to tell whom I am hoping to work with that I'm a rookie, or should I act like I already know it? i.e. like speaking with a listing agent, or so?
