Looks like they were notifications from when you posted. They were still showing unread although I had acknowledged and responded to them.
Day 6: Set Up a Simple System to Organize Your Business Ideas
Good morning! Day 6 is all about getting ORGANIZED - and if you know me, you know I love a good system. Here's the truth: I already had systems in place when I started my VA business. After 20 years as an Executive Assistant, I knew how to manage projects, track details, and keep things from falling through the cracks. But that didn't mean I had everything figured out. I made PLENTY of mistakes. Clients who canceled after I'd done the work. Projects that took longer than I planned. Pricing that didn't account for the real time involved. Every time something went wrong, I learned. And I adjusted my systems. That's what Day 6 is about - creating a place where you can track what's working, what's not, and what you're learning as you build. You don't need fancy software. You don't need a $500 course on systems. You just need a simple place to organize your thoughts, your services, your pricing ideas, your client notes. A Google Doc works. A Notion page works. A notebook works. The point is: You're building something REAL. Treat it like a real business, even on Day 6. TODAY'S TASK: Set up a simple Google Doc, Notion page, or notebook to organize your business ideas. Create sections for: - Services I'm offering (from Day 3) - Pricing ideas (what I'm thinking about charging) - Ideal client notes (from Day 5) - Things I'm learning (mistakes, wins, adjustments) - Questions I have (things I need to figure out) This is YOUR business hub. Keep it simple, but keep it organized. A note from my journey: Systems protect you. They protect your time, your income, and your energy. Start building them now, even when you don't have clients yet. That 50% retainer rule? That early termination clause? Those didn't exist until I got burned. Learn from my mistakes - build your protection into your process from the beginning. COMMENT BELOW when you've set up your system. Tell us: What format are you using? Google Doc? Notion? A physical notebook? Let's get organized.

@Coach Xenia Morris Good morning, I apologize for my errors in my previous message. Please allow me to clarify. I have already purchased the domain for my business email and will be using it accordingly. I also understand the YT channel is focused on the professional administrative assistant. I have a professional background in administrative support. I have several years of experience as an administrative assistant. I also have a strong and well documented work history as an administrative assistant. I am very personable and easy going by nature. While I do maintain a very relaxed and personable demeanor outside of work, I do uphold a high standard of professionalism while working. I work from home for CVS Healthcare Corporation. I am skilled to assist members with Medicare D, Empire, NY Ship, Aetna and many more Medicare, Medicaid, Commercial and Private Funded health plans with their pharmacy benefits. I am aware of my Tennessee Twang and very relaxed southern accent outside of work. However, I do have a beautiful calming professional voice.🥰 If I must say so myself. Also if the class time was adjusted as a result of my absence I understand and sincerely apologize for not being in attendance.
