30-Day CEO Streak Challenge
Most of us don't fail because we don't know what to do. We fail because we don't stay consistent long enough to see results. So let's fix that. Right here. Right now. 🔥 I'm running the 30-Day CEO Streak Challenge: one small business action every single day for 30 days. No motivation required. Just do one action. Lets keep the engagement in this group alive! Already consistent? Perfect. Join anyway and lead by example. Just getting started? This is the simplest way to build the habit. 🔥 YOUR MISSION Do one action in your business every day. Show up here and track it. Keep your streak alive. That's it. No pressure to be perfect. Just show up. 🔥 WHAT COUNTS? - A growth action (new people finding you e.g. post in a Skool group) - A sales action (offer exposure: email your list about your offer - I know shocking, talking about what you sell) - An authority action (starting a conversation) - An optimisation action (improving something - fixing an email sequence 😉) If it moves your business forward, it counts. For CEO Dashboard owners, use your actions list! 🔥 HOW TO TRACK IT Comment below with 🔥 Day 1 and what you did you move your business forward today. Daily format: 🔥 Day 1 - Today I: [what you did] 🔥 Day 2 - Today I: [what you did] Miss a day? Your streak resets. Start again. No shame, just restart. The reward? Being able to share the results from taking consistent action because there will be results! 💡 The CEO Dashboard has a daily score and notes column built for exactly this kind of tracking. If you want to see the cumulative effect of 30 days of consistent action on your actual business numbers that's where you'll see it... I'll be doing this alongside you. Let's go. 🔥 Comment 🔥 Day 1 below to start right now. 👇

Day 9: I made a post about when should I host the next session. I answered some comment below an “old” post so it went to the first page again. And I helped a lactose intolerant pescaterian find an alternative for cheese and cottage cheese.
Day 30 is coming and I'm probs not hitting 100 members. We established that. 😂
But the experimenting doesn't stop it just changes. I want to do a 30-day experiment in May that is actually tied to growing my business, not just growing a number. So I'm putting it to a vote. What should Experiment #2 be? 🅐 Daily email experiment: email my list every single day for 30 days and track what happens to open rates, unsubscribes and sales. Does more contact = more revenue or more noise? 🅑 Post 3x daily across Skool: show up in communities consistently every single day and track whether discovery rank, new members and engagement move in proportion. Tagging into @Roberto Srpak's challenge on this one and the fact my engagement on Skool has been growing this community. 🅒 Create weekly YouTube videos across 4 weeks: commit to weekly video content on the From Job to CEO theme and track whether it drives real traffic to the community and the CEO dashboard. 🅓 One sales conversation per day: reach out to one real human every day who could benefit from what I offer. Track responses, calls booked and actual revenue. The most uncomfortable option (🤮) but selling is the point of business right... I'll run whichever gets the most votes. And I'll document everything -- what I did, what happened, what the numbers showed. What would you actually find most useful to watch? 👇

I would say B or D. The pro’s are say we just have to get members on calls 😂 so probably that would be a good option for growing your business.
Experiment #1 Update 10
Day 20. We're at 64. 🎉 Let's address the elephant in the room first. 10 days left. 36 members needed. I'm probably not going to hit 100. 😂 I'm calling it now so we can all move on and focus on what's actually interesting here 😉 Numbers: Members: 64 | Engagement: 78% | Discovery rank: 2,050 | Conversion rate: 16.7% | Days left: 10 | Still needed: 36 The wins this week: Discovery rank down to 2,050 from 2,238. Still moving in the right direction even in a quieter week. Conversion rate up to 16.7% from 13.4%. More people visiting the page are actually joining. The about page work is paying off. I got the 🔥 Which leads me to my favourite moment of this whole experiment. I've been doing a 30-day challenge to hit 10 Skool actions every day to keep my business momentum going, this started before I created this membership but I actually had no idea what I was entering. It came from joining a challenge in another skool group (The Solopreneur Initiative) but I've got to be honest, I thought I was joining just "do 10 actions each day on skool to grow" and the 🔥 emoji was just signifying that we were taking actions and were obviously awesome 😂... 6 days into the challenge and I finally realised that "get the FIRE" is an actual Skool achievement for doing exactly that and getting that 🔥 beside your name. I had accidentally entered a challenge I didn't even know existed and got part way through before I really knew what I was doing. 😂 The "ohhh duh" moment was very real. At least I caught up in time! 🫣 The real update: I've been less active in other Skool communities this week because I've been heads down setting up the June bundle and recruiting contributors. Something had to give. I'm also part of a bundle right now with the From Job to CEO framework as a free resource and I've had 40+ new subscribers have come through it in the last 3 days. I realised this morning I never included the Skool community link in the welcome email for those people. Updated it now but with 2 days left on that bundle... could have done better. 🙈

Experiment #1 Update 8
Day 14. We're at 55. 🎉 (Earlier today I thought it had been 12 days 🫣 I'm losing track of time!) On Friday night I participated in a Friday Community Crawl (thank you for hosting @Lidia Axe ) - 8 communities, 8 questions, a swag bag of free gifts for anyone who completed the full crawl. My community was one of the stops. 11 new members joined through it. In one evening. This experiment worked. Welcome to everyone who found their way here through the crawl, anyone keen for a challenge is welcome here! 😊 Numbers: Members: 55 | Engagement: 76% | Discovery rank: 2,548 | Conversion rate: 13.2% | Days left: 16 | Still needed: 45 The discovery rank has jumped from 3,009 to 2,548 in 4 days. The engagement going up to 76% while we added new members is great but also due to that post urgency of the community crawl challenge so something for me to take away there about that initial engagement on joining... Update on the Meta ad: It flopped. 233 landing page views, approximately 2 signups. And since I added the "where did you hear about us?" question, zero ad-sourced members have come through. My theory: the ad drove cold traffic and to my about page which obviously wasn't enticing enough and its really driven down my conversion rate (originally it was 47.5% now 13.2%). If I run ads again I'd spend more time on the ad creative and the landing page before putting money behind it. Lesson learnt. 📝 I have updated my about page. I posted a request for a roasting in skool and got polite but very helpful feedback so lets see if that helps with conversions. What's working: Showing up in other Skool groups and participating. The challenge now: The crawl created a spike in engagement and interaction on the post which was brilliant. Now I need to think about how I make this community feel that alive on a regular basis? That's the next experiment. Days left: 16 Members needed: 45. Thinking cap on. 🧪 What are you working on this week to grow your business?👇

I am working on get people in discovery calls. I had 3 members in my group before the crawl, and it went up to 19. 😂 Conversion rate 41% Engagement almost 90% Discovery rank went from 2000+ to ~1.000 but the health category is not that crowded than the money.

@Niky Egerton I am only on Skool, and only giving these for the members. The best way to get people engage is to make the posts fun. Ask, make a vote, let them write down their thoughts 😃
