Most of my books are religious historical content unlikely to interest most people. š¤

But I did read (audiobook) The Fourth Turning which was quite informative. But my recent non religious favorites are by N Taleb especially Skin in the Game and The Black Swan. There is a quartet that includes Fooled by Randomness and one other. Fantastic books that really give insight i to how the world works.

I do them slowly and do not push the weight so as not to make xhronic low back worse. Still in limbo whether I will continue with the Romanian. Same with back squats. Compression tends to aggravate my facet oa.
