Happy New Year's Eve. Can confirm I will be out like a light before the clock strikes 12. But before signing off, I wanted to give you my bold prediction for the future of coaching/consulting. Now, keep in mind, the people like me who coach, coaches who coach coaches to coach others on getting clients moves very fast 😂 Meaning the business of client acquisition moves very fast. Copying is rampant and I've found change cycles are 8-12 months in this market. Your market may be different and slower and that's ok. However, no matter what, the one big shift I see is the desire for "Scaled Intimacy" What I mean by this is a 1-on-1 like experience. As much as I love group programs I'm finding that less and less people enjoy them. A lot would rather chat with an AI tool and then post in a group to get immediate feedback vs waiting around for their turn. And I found that this group model caused a lot of my previous churn and ascension to 1-on-1 because I had 10-15+ on a group call at one time. In the next 12 months, AI is going to better than ever. Like it or not, it's the truth. And the way I see it now is if you can deliver intimate like 1-on-1 offers at scale leveraging either an AI version of you + support you or even just blatant 1-on-1 you'll be flying. I see great people are tired of promoting and having AI blindly agree with everything they say. We as humans always will crave intimacy. So the ones who can fulfill that leveraging AI to get clients moving fast will win. This is why my focus is creating intimate experiences for anyone who chooses to work with me. Even if that's just for a short period of time over Whatsapp to get someone ramped up. Give people what they want and enjoy the ride. Alright, off to get some rest.
